Do you want to unlock the full potential of your relationship?  Learn to work through conflict or get back on track with the intentions and purpose of your relationship?  This weekend course is designed for couples who desire to deepen their connection and understanding of each other.

To preserve and deepen the connection of your relationship, we offer hands-on tools that improve communication between you and your partner.

Using experiential exercises, readings and group discussion we will explore NVC and other teachings to improve your relationship skills and more fully realize the joy of relationship. In addition to large group work, partners will be coached in exercises designed to strengthen relationship.  

 

‘Rekindling the Passion and Love in Your Relationship’ is a special designed group for couples. The class is based in the principles of Nonviolent Communication. We draw upon teachings and techniques from other disciplines as well (Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, David Deida, Katherine Woodward Thomas, David Schnarch …). Sessions will include group discussion, group exercises and couple coaching.

Points:

  • Hear your partners deepest needs and feelings and have your partner hear yours.
  • Learn how to recognize triggers and how to take responsibility for your own feelings and needs.
  • Rekindle and deepen the love and passion you have/once had for each other.
  • Remember and restore the love that drew you together in the first place.
  • Maintain a ‘self’ as you deepen your relationship.
  • Increase playfulness.
  • Express and receive gratitude and appreciation.
  • Address conflicts as a means to deepen your connection.

Each couple will have an exclusive coaching session designed for their individual needs.
