I use VKAT (visual, kinesthetic, auditory, and tactile) format, combined with intuitive process, to reach all types of learners.
I use a variety of modalities:
In addition, you will work through exercises to support you at home until our next session.
Remember, we work together in a way that fits your lifestyle. I support people over the phone as well as in person!
In a one-on-one session in Seattle or on the phone, we set an intention together for what you wish to achieve through this process. I choose from my vast experience and many therapeutic tools to support you in self-empowerment and finding the answers you seek within yourself. One of my roles is to hold a safe, trusting space for you either in person or over the phone.
Self-connection and healing takes place, as I am fully empathic and intuitively present to all your inner 'voices.' All that is going on within you has a place to be heard in ways that most likely hasn't happened before. This experience on the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual realms supports connection with your inner wisdom, your power within, and opens up your love for yourself and others to serve life more fully in satisfying ways.
As an LMHC in Washington State, with offices in Seattle, and certified trainer with the international Center for Nonviolent Communication, I encourage you to look past the story and what you may “think” of a person and/or situation, and find the truth that lies beneath. I support you in finding unconscious patterns and hurts that may be affecting your present reality, and transmute and transform them to align with who you truly are.
I bring compassion, intuition, and creative practicality to the therapeutic process, creating an environment where you find and trust the resources you have within you.
I guarantee an experience of deeper self-connection and hence more effective, richer and satisfying dialogues and experiences with others whom you travel with in all aspects of life. In addition we create a communication tool-box, that is continuously expanding:
This is what course participants say:
"You have contributed a sense of connection to myself, my feelings, my body, mind and spirit with all that I want to do with my time. Whew, that’s a lot. In specific you have contributed concrete strategies that I can use in moments of quiet reflection and in moments of stress and pressure. The phrase, “What would I, Eric, do, experience or authentically express when I am connecting with myself?” has become something of a de facto mantra for me. I use it as a way to connect with what is going on around me and within me.
You have helped me to further embrace the conflict situations and difficult interactions that make up part of a rich life. You have given me tools and techniques to apply when I find myself “stuck.” I believe conflict is the stuff of creation. You have added to my tools and abilities to create.

"I think role playing has a great value in meeting everyones needs for honesty and, well, reality, by showing that it doesn't fix everything right away, but it can fix a little every time it is used. It is also a way of helping the class to connect with the concept of needs being at the root of all all we do."
Evan Gorsline, Seattle WA
"You have given me the most valuable tools to which I previously had no access: the ability to empathize and listen to and truly hear what the small voice inside me has been trying to express for so long. This has meant everything to me, and everything to her. It has freed me in ways I had only been able to imagine, but had not yet been able to bring into reality. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart for what you have done for me, and how you have helped me to find my way again, and the profound healing that your work has brought to me."
Cary Ann Greif, Seattle WA
